Poor mechanics. I brought my car in for an oil change and the car was returned to me with the check engine light on. The check engine light was NOT on when the car was dropped off. This was by far the most frustrating experience I've had with a dealership. My vehicle was in the shop here for over two weeks. I could never get Stephanie on the phone to talk to her about my questions and with a dealership. My vehicle was in the shop here for over two weeks.
