By far the worst experience I was SHOPPING around for a new truck and checking all my local dealerships for the best deal i could get. I have bought 3 vehicles from HALL FORD New I was SHOPPING around for a new truck and checking all my local dealerships for the best deal i could get. I have bought 3 vehicles from HALL FORD Newport News in the past. It is my closed dealer and was always made to feel welcome to be there. For all my cars and trucks i have bought in my 30 years of driving i have always been able to talk and negotiate a fare price. But not this time.... I wasn't expecting them to give away a new truck but they were 4000 above another local dealer advertised price. Justin the sales manager was the worst. A snotty millennial that couldn't even look up for his computer and speak to me. The sale person didn't know or understand or didn't care why there is extra charges. They wouldn't even entertain competing for my business. They acted like they are the only Ford dealership in the US. This place must be under new management or something because when i bought those other vehicles it was easy, i think i got a good deal and i'm sure they maid money, a win win. The way it should be. But now not only are they the most expensive ford dealership but they throw in a NEW CAR VALUE PACKAGE @ $1049 that is non-negotiable. It air freshener , window cleaner and nitrogen for your tires. Well i'm not willing to pay for that, way overpriced crap well they said "TO BAD its standard on our new cars" Basically they have lost a buyer and all my business. I ended up going to WEST POINT for new F150 and saved 5000 bucks. More
