Excellent service advisor While driving our SUV last week, we had to pull off road due to a broken belt. Called USAA for a tow then we called Hall Ford. We were able to get in that day and our parts were ordered with impeccable timing. Our vehicle was ready the next morning and runs as great as ever. Lisa was a pleasure to work with and I feel confident that she will be able to address any future needs we may have with upkeep. She has a nice personality and I need someone with a big one to handle my personality.
