I faithfully scheduled my routine maintenance and repairs through them since the fi In 2005 I bought a new Ford Escape from Wynne Ford in Hampton Va.. I faithfully scheduled my routine maintenance and repairs through them since the first day I purchased my SUV.. In July this year I went to Wynne to get a spare key cut that was already programmed and ready to be matched to my original. They did it with no questions asked and I walked out a happy customer. Today, August 19th, I went to Hall Ford in Denbigh Newport News to make another duplicate key and the gentlemen behind the service desk told me if I didn't purchased a programmed key from them, that he couldn't do anything for me. I live in the Denbigh area and was looking to purchase a new Escape. I don't know if I should go to Hampton Wynne Ford or go to another model from another dealership??? this has left a bad taste in my mouth. More
