When I picked up my truck, it appeared the tires had not been rotated. The oil change light was not reset. Upon first glance, it did not appear that the truck had been touched. I asked for them to top off the tire pressure in my tires, and that was not done. I knew the oil change was done when I looked at my front fender and there was oil spillage on my paint. When I pulled back into the dealer, I waited an hour for a small nail to be pulled from the tire which did not require patching. If I did not have the service contract, I would not be back to have my truck serviced at this shop. More

I called this dealership last week to schedule an appointment to have my transmission looked at. The appointment was for Monday at 7:30am. Took it in was told it would take a couple of days to diagno appointment to have my transmission looked at. The appointment was for Monday at 7:30am. Took it in was told it would take a couple of days to diagnose the issue as they only have 2 transmission specialist. Okay fine. I figured by Thursday I would hear something. Well I texted Thursday morning no answer. Then I called when I got off. No answer. I called back later in the day no answer. Then I received a text sorry can’t answer busy day. We have 1 technician and cars in front of you. I can try to get him to dive it tomorrow to see if he can replicate the issue. You couldn’t call me and let me know you were going to have the car more than a couple days. I called this morning (no answer of course) to let them know I made an appointments elsewhere and will now have to be late to work on Monday. So needless to say I picked my car up today Friday and will be taking it elsewhere. They don’t care about their customers. Terrible communication and terrible customer service. More
