I keep getting the answer that they can’t replicate the issue, therefore they can’t do anything. They don’t even try any diagnostics that make sense to even try to delve in and solve the problem. At one point they almost gave me back our year old car that had just overheated saying there were no problems. Cars don’t overheat for no reason. Three issues like this and all three were treated the same. More
