The Dealership is very clean and prompt with completing services. However, the Technicians are not friendly and come across as unconcerned and rude. I was happy with the oil change day of on Saturday, however I had to miss half days work on Monday due to low oil. I had to purchase a qt of oil to make it to dealership. I then waited for 1 hr 45 minutes only to be told there was no leak even though they added a half quart on top of my quart. They did reimburse me for the quart of oil, but I lost money from work and nearly 2 hrs of my time I can't back. Not sure if the oil plug was not put on properly, but 1.5 it's low after an oil change is not acceptable. More

I've been having issues with my car for months and the service department has been terribly uncommunicative. They were supposed to replace a cosmetic defect on my steering wheel of my new vehicle, but aft service department has been terribly uncommunicative. They were supposed to replace a cosmetic defect on my steering wheel of my new vehicle, but after doing so, somehow the horn stopped working. After repeated returns to the dealership and waiting weeks to get necessary parts, they not only didn't fix my original issue OR the new one until months later, but actually caused minor damage to my car that they also had to repair! All the while, I tried and failed to get in contact with the service department via the number provided, and they almost never answer. I'm truly shocked and disappointed by the lack of quality and competence shown by this team. More
