Dropped my truck off for a scheduled appointment. Never received a call on the update of my vehicle. I had to call several times before I received a call back, which was 15 minutes before they closed Never received a call on the update of my vehicle. 930 am appointment for oil change and state inspection. I called from 1 pm to 530 pm with no answer or callback (15 times). I needed a courtesy shuttle back to the service.
