I was disappointed that I did not receive a call after the repairs were complete to come get my car and waited several days to get a return call after leaving voicemails. I was also disappointed in the am the repairs were complete to come get my car and waited several days to get a return call after leaving voicemails. I was also disappointed in the amount of time I had to wait to pick up my car after being told I need to be there before 5:30 pm to get my car. I waited 40 minutes and was the only customer picking up at that time. More

Three and a half hours is a bit long for an oil change and state inspection...I know there was only one inspector on duty. I wanted my tires rotated and the gentleman who went over my service forgot to p and state inspection...I know there was only one inspector on duty. I wanted my tires rotated and the gentleman who went over my service forgot to put that my invoice...so I had to wait more until that got completed. The checkout was difficult do to mix up on " bill number"...had to get credit card credited and recharged again... More
