Only thing was that my computer in my car wasn’t reset to track the new mileage. But, service was quick for a walk-in oil change at the last minute and only took 2hrs. had to come back for a second trip. First appt they only completed half of the asked for services and then forgot about me for over an hour. Initial paperwork said recall & oil change and they only did the recall- leading me to have to return a few days later and wait another 2-3 hours for the oil change to be completed. More

They always do a good job with my car. Only issue is i never get a call when my car is ready for pick up. 2 years in a row. When i call, noone ever picks up. No communication from the dealership on the status of our truck. The truck was not done when it should have been. 48 hours later the truck still had 0 service done when we were told same day service. truck. Very disappointed with my most recent visit. I had brought my Sorrento in for new tires and to address a factory recall. At the time I was told you did not have the correct part to affected repa I had brought my Sorrento in for new tires and to address a factory recall. At the time I was told you did not have the correct part to affected repair and we would have to return when the part arrived. Soon after a warning light came on the dash and we tried to schedule an appointment but were told we couldn’t be seen for over two months. Not wanting to cause any damage to the car we were forced to pay another service center $100 to read the warning code. We were told that the code corresponded to a recall on the vehicle and we should have it seen by the dealer as soon as possible. We made an appointment specifically to have the recall addressed. We were told that the part arrived and we should bring the car in for the scheduled appointment. I arranged for transportation from the dealership to work and dropped off the car. I received a call late that afternoon notifying me that you did not have the special tool that is required to fix the recall.and the car could not be fixed at that time We were told we would be called to set another appointment to bring the car in once the tool arrived but to date that hasn’t happened. We have been loyal Southern customers having bought our last three new vehicles from you. Until recently, I have been very satisfied with the service department. Thanks for listening. More
