I was disappointed that I did not receive a call after the repairs were complete to come get my car and waited several days to get a return call after leaving voicemails. Three and a half hours is a bit long for an oil change and state inspection...I know there was only one inspector on duty. I wanted my tires rotated and the gentleman who went over my service forgot to p and state inspection...I know there was only one inspector on duty. The checkout was difficult do to mix up on " bill number"...had to get credit card credited and recharged again... More
