Almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone in any department. After calling for over a week I finally got an oil change appointment and upon arrival at 7:30 am was told they were short handed an any department. Three hours later I waited 15 minutes for the cashier and had to ask if someone else could please complete my checkout. More

My car came back from the recall full of issues, I have called and was told I would have to pay 199 to get it checked when my car went in perfect and came out full of problems. And they said the recall would take hour and half to two hours and took four hours, definitely sounds like they made a mistake and tried to fixed it with all this extra time it took, but they definitely didn’t fid and now I have to spend hundreds if not thousands to fix a car that was working perfectly before this recall that is already causing huge headaches.
