Took in for a safety recall. Said it could take 24 hours. I call at hour 24 with 0 updates and no one can give me info on my car. Hour 30 I finally received an update saying they Said it could take 24 hours. I call at hour 24 with 0 updates and no one can give me info on my car. Hour 30 I finally received an update saying they need to keep it another 96 hours. Ridiculous. More

For an under staffed dealer they did a good job. There was a question about weather my 3500 had grease fittings or not so I showed/told them where they were. Much improvement is needed for service advisors, service scheduling system, and teaching all employees to be mindful of their language and conversations in hearing distance of customers. Gave two stars beca scheduling system, and teaching all employees to be mindful of their language and conversations in hearing distance of customers. Gave two stars because my car did get its oil changed. As you know, a small percentage of customers will let you know their true experience. Two customers I spoke with while waiting couldn’t believe how long they had to wait to get their car serviced and all had appointments. Time is valuable to all of us, so if you don’t have the staff to handle the load, work on that issue before scheduling appointments. More

My vehicle was the subject of a Kia technical service bulletin that had just been released and required special handling. Southern Kia Virginia Beach went out of their way to make sure that I was not inc bulletin that had just been released and required special handling. Southern Kia Virginia Beach went out of their way to make sure that I was not inconvenienced, including providing valet service to and from my home while it was serviced.. This is above and beyond what might have been expected from other dealerships. More

Went to southern kia vb for a tire rotation and alignment. Left after 2 hours with vehicle and discovered the steering wheel off center. The service manager was no help and provided no compensatio alignment. Left after 2 hours with vehicle and discovered the steering wheel off center. The service manager was no help and provided no compensation other than a 60 credit but i do not plan to return to this service center. Gm Brett Lloyd gm wasn't available. After second alignment the steering wheel is still off center. More
