Worst service and experience I have ever had. The processes in place are very clearly not working and/or not being followed. I dropped my truck off for a potential repair/evaluation on Sunday e The processes in place are very clearly not working and/or not being followed. I dropped my truck off for a potential repair/evaluation on Sunday evening for early Monday morning apt with notes that I needed the truck back asap. After multiple phone calls to the department on Monday I finally drive across town to show up at the service desk at 3pm because no one had communicated with me. I was told the truck has not been looked at yet. That they would do asap. I left and still after no communication two hours later, I returned. Was told they would not get to my truck today. After requesting a loaner I was told I would have to pay for it. Reluctantly I agreed to leave the truck and they would do first thing in the morning. It was not completed until afternoon and they completely missed doing one of the tasks requested. (Rotate tires). After paying the obnoxious $427 bill for almost nothing I left. Very unsatisfied and very frustrated with GM and this location. Nice people but the product is very sub par. I will be seeking a different service department for any of my needs in the future. The front desk ladies were super nice and trying their best but the processes in place are trash and leadership needs to help. The management of what was happening is non existent. More

This is the last time I visit this location. The customer service is terrible and the lot is complete disorganized chaos. The service associate had the worst attitude and candor.
