With three Mazda‘s, we’ve been going to this dealership for many years. My experience yesterday did not live up to previous visits. It took far longer than expected – three hours! And while everyone was very pleasant, I would have appreciated a heads up and a notice that my bill was going to be over $800. In previous visits, the service person had always let me know ahead of time to give me the option of continuing with recommended service or not. I always did, but I didn’t end up feeling taken. More

Sales representatives are very pushy while waiting for maintenance. We have been coming to this dealership for maintenance since 2018, ownership has changed many times but this is the worst! We will not b maintenance. We have been coming to this dealership for maintenance since 2018, ownership has changed many times but this is the worst! We will not be returning to this dealership for anything. We will drive to Richmond or Chesapeake if we were to buy a Mazda again or if we need Mazda specific maintenance. More
