During a routine oil change and tire rotation, the mechanic found a nail in my tire. He removed it and patched the tire. Considering that I drive over 1 1/2 hrs to the dealership, it was not only a Go mechanic found a nail in my tire. He removed it and patched the tire. State inspections should not take hours to execute. Videos are overrated. I don’t need non-SI associated areas assessed. Like air filers. Pulling on undercarriage wind shields isn’t part of SI. I understand you are trying to increase profits but SI shouldn’t be an opportunity you take. You would be better served to get the inspection done quicker, which would probably be associated with your staff being more skilled, which would bring people back for other activities. Additionally, the cost to conduct a state inspection finding is excessive. You need to consider lowering those costs to potentially entice people to actually Consider them. More
