I bought a Mazdaspeed 3 from this dealer. I visited ample of dealers within the Newport News and Hampton area, but none of them were as cordial, honest and knowledgable as the folks at Mazda Hyman Bros. The sales manager sat down with me in person until my needs were met (trade-in, price of new car, title, taxes etc). For instance, I put myself on a strict budget and didn't want to finance past a specific amount, he sat down with me for a couple of hours and crunched the numbers to my satisfaction. He communicated with me throughout the whole buying period and kept me up to date on all details. Overall their customer service has been fabulous from the beginning to the end, even after I committed myself to buy a car with them. At no time did I feel pressured and/or pushed. Their whole interaction and assistance was genuine. I can truly say, their service was customer oriented!! I would go back to Mazda Hyman Bros any day to buy a car again. More

I visited Hyman Bros. with an immediate need for a replacement vehicle when my old car was deemed a total loss. The staff provided expedient, but thorough service. The salesman that assisted --Michael Larry--was really helpful in answering all my questions and my concerns.I found that he provided a lot of helpful information without the sales pitch, he just explained the features of the vehicles as I asked. Going through the paperwork was also a very straightforward process. If you're looking for the absolute lowest price, then you might want to consider some other options, but I found the vehicles to be pretty reasonably priced. They also come with a 5-year/60,000mi warranty and offer free oil changes on every third visit. Overall, Hyman Bros made a buying a new car a very positive experience. I highly recommend their service! More

When we arrived we had the intention of beginning with Mazda and then looking at Hyundai, Honda, Toyota, etc. However, Mr. Larry was very easy to talk with and we immediately liked the Mazda 3. We took a couple of drives with two of them before deciding on one. I cannot comment on the service department as we have not used it yet. However, Mr. Larry and other individuals we talked with were not pushy and very open with us. We were not pressured into buying "extras". We so much appreciated the experience that we took only one quick trip to see another car dealership but came back shortly and bought our Mazda3. More

I went to several of the larger dealerships in the area and I think of myself as a tough customer. I had already narrowed my search to either a mazda 3 or mazda 2. Kevin was wonderful pointing out all of the features both had to offer and in no way made me feel pressured to go for the more expensive options that I had already stated i didn't want/or need. He even went out of his way to track down the exact mazda 3 sport that they didn't have in stock at the time because I didn't want to spend the extra money on the touring package. I ended up with a beautiful brand new blue mazda 3 and even went with the touring package because of how comfortable I felt with the price i was getting and the service I was given. I defiantly recommend coming to this dealership. More
