Was told last year that they had to replace brake pads. Then told that they had to replace entire brakes, NOT TOLD COST! Way more than I expected! The dealership thoroughly inspected the brake issue I was having and let me know that it did not require repair at this time. They were friendly and professional. having and let me know that it did not require repair at this time. They were friendly and professional. More

Good first impression but communication at-large is a mess. We dropped our CX5 off on Wednesday June 18 telling we needed to get it back by Saturday June 21. The car was kept until Friday June 27 and whe mess. We dropped our CX5 off on Wednesday June 18 telling we needed to get it back by Saturday June 21. The car was kept until Friday June 27 and when my wife drove it home the headlight we needed to be fixed wasn’t working and the wrong fuse was put in. I immediately called the service department, was directed to speak to an AI automated agent who then directed me to Shakira, a real person, who told me I’d get a call from someone in service in 24-48 hours. I’ve spent over $2k on this issue (another $300 on a transmission flush). I hoped going to the dealer would be the best service. I am disappointed, frustrated, out of $2k and my car shows zero improvement. How will Mazda Southern respond?? More
