Went in for my 1 year service free oil change and free stste inspection. Received an excellent rating on my free complete vehicle inspection, in other words everything was in great order. Extremely happy with the service department at Southern Mazda they do great work and I don't take all day to accomplish it. Very glad I bought my vehicle at Southern Mazda. Love my Mazda CX 30. More
My car has an oil change and they didn’t put the correct amount of oil in my car. I had my oil light come on 2 days later and had to buy more oil to put in my car. My 2022 CX-9 with less than 17,000 miles required a complete engine reassembly when it experienced a cylinder misfire. Multiple employees at Southern Mazda, specifically Ayden and Cleon, regularly refu complete engine reassembly when it experienced a cylinder misfire. Multiple employees at Southern Mazda, specifically Ayden and Cleon, regularly refused to return my calls and messages despite escalation to Mazda corporate. The dealership refused to provide a loaner that would accommodate our family while they had our vehicle for nearly 3 weeks. I would absolutely not recommend this dealership to anyone and further, due to the lack of support from Mazda corporate and confidence in the vehicle, I will never purchase another Mazda or recommend the brand to anyone. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received during this time, with the sole exception being the service technician, Logan, who worked on the vehicle. We are longtime Mazda customers and I am sad that our experience ended up the way it did. We will no longer purchase Mazdas. More
