My father bought 3 Cars from Ross when he was at Rincon Select, one of which was at that time, was my NEW 2004 Honda Civic my parents gave me on my 16th birthday. I drove my baby for 8 years solid and she still had go in her; however, I have outgrown a 2 door Civic and wanted a young ladies car now that I have graduated High School, College, and now a married woman! Now that I am married, my husband and I have bought my new 2013 Honda Accord from Alexis! I have had nothing but compliments about my car since I received it! We are MORE than thrilled about our purchase and have NO REGRETS! As always, it has been a pleasure and I will continue our relationship with you guys! I was a repeat customer and had to leave dealership and get a better price in Brunswick for them to match it. Staff was friendly and were personable. However upon delivery I waited over 5 hours before I wa get a better price in Brunswick for them to match it. Staff was friendly and were personable. It started with good communications with Maria Horan on the computer. she responded immediately to my request for more information. She introduced me to Andy Pigman when I came to the dealership to see t the computer. she responded immediately to my request for more information. Gunnar Williams was fair, honest and readily available both during and after the sale. Scott Baker made sure that everything went smoothly with the car preparation process and was quick to address and satisfactorily resolve any issues that arose. I left the dealership with a better deal than I anticipated from my pre-dealership visit consumer reports research, and pre-arranged loan with my bank. The consumer reports research, and having a pre-arranged bank loan, however, were probably instrumental in getting a great base price on the car, and a Honda loan with better terms than my bank loan. Pre-visit research of the MSRPs of the options packages on Honda's internet site, Honda Care Extended Warranty Service Contract price online (available via a Google search), as well as the blue book value of my trade-in also came in use (available on the Honda website). It is important to make sure that options that are available as packages are being priced as packages rather than a la carte, and to have a background understanding of GAP insurance (Google "GAP coverage"). Now I have the pleasure of driving a great car (Honda Odyssey 2012 Touring Elite), and have the security of knowing that there is a great team at Southern Motors to help me out in the unlikely event that I should have any problems with the car. I will definitely buy my next Honda from Southern Motors if I am still living in this area of the country. More

Have shoped around the area for a new car.Signed up on True Car ,based on a recommendation of a friend. Was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the people ,especially with Ben,Gordon a True Car ,based on a recommendation of a friend. Was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the people ,especially with Ben,Gordon and Gunnar. After the purchase ,the next day,Ben called and asked ,whether we made it home safely. We did set up a time and date for 'final detailing ' the car and explaining the new features. Gunnar was very helpful in solving the issue with the temporary tag,since we plan to go on a vacationtrip exeeding the origional expiration date. All in all , my wife and I were very impressed with the treatment we obtained during the purchase of our new car. More
