Bob patiently stayed in contact with me for a year while I considered a new Outback. When my previous Outback reached 210,000 miles I decided it was time. Bob and Craig suggested several pre-owned and new Subarus.. When I was ready, Bob listened to what I wanted, understood my budget and I happily left with a new 2018 Outback. Bob took time to explain all the new techy features, connect my phone and even found the floor mats I needed.
