I asked about an extended warranty and was told “You get something better. The finance manager skimmed over the paper work. Later I discovered I actually paid $3,100 for this coverage. If he would have been up front with us I would have purchased the extra coverage anyway. Also, when I asked what the finance rate was he said 6.9%. When I said our salesman told us 4.9%, the finance manager quickly changed its on our contract. He could have easily given us the lower interest rate up front. He knew he could give us a better rate More
