I will say several dealerships had already sold the vehicle I was interested in and still had me come in to look at other cars to try to sucker me into a deal. She let me know upfront that the vehicle has been sold and recommended a different vehicle. This gave me time to look at the carfax and vehicle information prior to sitting down. This made the buying process easy and fast. More
First, I love my Subarus. Sales staff are great but service is poor. When my low mileage 2021 Forester Sport started making a “clunking “ noise during standing starts, service Sales staff are great but service is poor. When my low mileage 2021 Forester Sport started making a “clunking “ noise during standing starts, service was unable to find the issue after 4 diagnoses and told me to just keep driving until something broke since it was under warranty. So I sold that car and went back to buy a new 2025 Forester and new 2025 Crosstrek. Again, sales staff were great and I really like both cars. When I took my new Crosstrek in for its first “free” service I forgot to bring my letter from Southern States that served as the free service coupon. Rather than argue about $150 in front of other customers, I called the dealership to request a credit (so my next service would be reduced by $150). To date, 6 weeks later, crickets. No response. Apparently the dealer doesn’t understand the value of service recovery for a customer who bought 3 new cars in 5 years and demands very little. I’m sorry I cannot recommend Southern States unless you deal with their excellent sales staff and go elsewhere for service. More

He not only helped me get a brand new 2026 vehicle, but he also took care of my old one and paid it off completely, w getting it into my price range. I have to share what an incredible experience I had with this Subaru dealership. From the very first phone call, I told them exactly what I was looking for. It took me a little while to get out of my previous lease, and we even had snowstorms in the middle of everything. Not once did I feel pressured. Instead, they were patient, understanding, and would simply check in to make sure I was okay. That level of kindness meant more than they probably realize. The day I picked up my new car, everything went seamlessly. I had my insurance lined up, paperwork was smooth, and the entire process felt organized and thoughtful. No chaos. No stress. Just professionalism and genuine care. I can honestly say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I’m so grateful for the kindness, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service from beginning to end. Highly recommend. More
