I visited twice, unannounced, and felt the other two salesmen were sub-par. I called and asked to work with someone more knowledgeable and they referred me to Terry, who was one of the main reasons I pu salesmen were sub-par. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Xavier was very knowledgeable and personable. The pricing was good. They weren't able to get the exact color we wanted. It would have been nice if so Xavier was very knowledgeable and personable. The pricing was good. They weren't able to get the exact color we wanted. It would have been nice if some of the unwanted accessories (all weather mats, first aid kit, cargo net, roof rails, cargo cover) could have been removed and price reduced. Detailing in the cargo area could have been better. Overall, very satisfied with the experience. Hope that using Southern States for service will be just as good. More
