All car dealers have "upsale" packages that they try to get you to buy. I like the fact that there is ZERO pressure for these packages at First Team. I have walked out of other dealerships because of their pressure sales. Not the case here. I also have give a big thumbs up for my salesperson, Bill Scott. Working with him on finding the "right vehicle" was a pleasure and not a chore. It was more like sitting down with a neighbor than "dealing with" a salesperson. My sales person, Joe Brogan, was very knowledgeable about my questions on the Rogue. He was able to answer all of my questions that I had. The dealership where I bought my last car offers free loaners in these types of situations. It was my understanding that rental cars are available but no free loaners. I bought a 2013 Hyundai Veloster last week from First Team Hyundai. This being my first time buying a new car, I had many questions, concerns, and hesitations. The crew at First Team made me feel nothing short of comfortable throughout the whole process. They truly put me at ease with buying from them by showing genuine concern for my concerns on budget. I test drove numerous vehicles and got budget estimates on a few. Once I finally decided on the Veloster, the sales team worked together with the financing manager to help me keep my monthly budget at a manageable rate for me. If one payment range did not work for me, they reassessed and worked to lower it for me however they could. I never once felt pressured to buy a car from these guys and that made it so much more comfortable of an experience for me. Unlike many car sales venues, First Team did not seem like they were there to just sell a vehicle to me. They seemed more there to HELP make my car buying experience as easy, comfortable, and stressfree as can be! I am excited to have my new car and feel so happy that if I have any questions, comments, or concerns about my vehicle that I can just swing by First Team and that the guys will help me as much as they can!
