Had a new car in 10 minutes! I was at the Nissan dealership in Christiansburg and the prices were significantly higher than listed in Roanoke. So I called Roanoke from the Christiansburg parking lot. I was connected with Karen Wiseman. Unfortunately we got cut off and Karen went to the dispatch and did her best to get back in touch with me so she could provide the information I was asking for. So, Karen is one of the main reasons I even came to the dealership, had she not called back, I might have just gone home. She told me to ask for Teresa Hiner when I arrive, that she would take really good care of me. Once I arrived Teresa came around the corner and in minutes she had the car I was asking about. Karen also found me and greeted me with a hug and I was off on a test drive with Teresa. She was extremely kind, professional, and courteous, I knew I was getting the best price and I decided to buy the car in ten minutes. Karen Wiseman and Teresa Hiner are two of the best professionals I have ever dealt with. Let’s face it, buying a car is stressful, you never know about the sale price, can never be sure if you are being cheated, can get something cheaper, etc. I never, once, felt like that. I was treated very fairly and everyone was just as nice as they could be. I ended my experience with Larry as we talked details and finished up the sale. Larry was so helpful with the information I needed and the questions I asked. I felt as though I could ask Larry anything, he definitely made me feel welcomed and comfortable with the process. What a great experience….and, the fact that I got a glass of apple cider with my car and the team; that was just a bonus. Thanks for all you do Teresa, Karen and of course Larry, you might have sent me home with a bill, but I am also very pleased with my purchase. The last point I have to add.
