My service was originally scheduled for a 4-Hour service, but it ended up taking closer to 36 hours. I honestly wouldn't even have mind at the extended length of time it took but the service that I received but it ended up taking closer to 36 hours. The service was good and friendly, we purchased a 2022 vw tiguan, and brought it in because of issues with delayed response when taking off in traffic. I explained the situation to the manager and he was ful tiguan, and brought it in because of issues with delayed response when taking off in traffic. I explained the situation to the manager and he was fully aware of the on going problem with vw. He assured me that the problem could be fixed by some computer reprogramming. When I pick the car up I was told the technician test drove and was fine now. I'm an experienced mechanic and have been for 50 years plus. There are serious safety issues due to this problem and was told after speaking to the manager in service that I had to live with it. That it was an issue VW was working on and aware of but had no solution as of now. In the meantime I have to drive this vehicle and take risks every time I drive it. I'm very dissatisfied with this car and have expressed it to many and will continue to do so because of the seriousness and could prevent others in making the same mistake. The employees agreed the problem was know and not much else could be done. At least they were honest. . . More
