I had an urgent need to get my Rogue serviced. I called Mike White on a Friday and he said if I could get it there Monday 1st thing in the morning and leave the car there, he would work it in. They didn't rotate my tires like they were supposed to. I have it free for 2 years. They refused to fix the car under warranty. Gave me a loaner car that smelled like weed. Next time I'll bring my car I have it free for 2 years. They refused to fix the car under warranty. Gave me a loaner car that smelled like weed. Next time I'll bring my car in and I'll watch them with my car. I refused to let them do it unattended again. Probably going to get an attorney involved for limited law. You won't fix what is wrong with it. More

Informative, great customer service, and great personality. He put me in a rental due to the amount of time my car service was going to take, I highly appreciated that! I accidentally left my wallet in the rental, called Bill and he had it waiting for me! So thankful for that ! Even though it is a longer drive for me than Christiansburg we will always chose Southern ! More
