Took 2+ hours for an oil change & tire rotation. Then they changed out a brand new activated carbon cabin filter (saying its was dirty because it was gray) and put in a non-carbon cabin filter. The only reason I didn't give it one 1 is because they didn't charge for the filter, saying it was comp for taking so long. Bottom line: they shouldn't have replaced items without asking. More
