I have had an issue with my sunroof and wind noise and have been to this dealership four times. The first time I was informed that a seal had been replaced and on my way home I heard the wind noises again have been to this dealership four times. The first time I was informed that a seal had been replaced and on my way home I heard the wind noises again but this time in the back instead of the front. I returned the car for subsequent service, which did not fix the issue. On my last visit, I was informed by Mark that the technician had popped the seal back in place and that this is an overall issue with the ascent that I am facing. I talked to the service manager, Eric, Horn, and he agreed with me that the seal is soft in a couple of places. He and I both took pictures of the seal and the problem areas. Eric said that he would contact the field service manager to see if the seal could be replaced again. Eric told me that he would call me within a day or two and it has since been a week without any call. I am planning to call the field service manager today. More
