My Work was very routine, my question is why do you schedule every 20 minutes? I was there for 90 minutes, not a big problem for me because I am retired. But it tells me you guys are either too cheap schedule every 20 minutes? I was there for 90 minutes, not a big problem for me because I am retired. But it tells me you guys are either too cheap to have adequate staff or you are short-staffed and can't find qualified people. Either way, this brings the quality of service into question because there has to exist an environment where customers are waiting and naturally your employees are trying to go faster. More
