Sometimes I forget what service was done on my car, like 6 months before. STHNSV has it all in its archive and immediately tells me what service is not needed, thus preventing duplication and saving me mone 6 months before. Last service, 2 parts had to be ordered and a new appointment had to be made; I was advised to save my service coupon for the upcoming appointment as it would save me a lot more than for the present bill. To me, both instances are proof that STHNSV genuinely has my interests in mind. Since 2006 (when I purchased my Sonata), I benefited of several such helpful instances; in some cases it save me hundreds of dollars. I salute such helpfulness and honesty. That is why I trust STHNSV. I do very much appreciate and I am grateful that the car be washed with every service instance. I only wish that the "sanitization" of the vehicle be perfume free, but that is a most minor item. Should I add that we'll go back for service and purchase of a new vehicle when it'll be time? More

Customer service was good and professional. However the actual condition of my vehicle didn't match the multi-point inspection. My battery terminal was full of corrosion and rust, but it was marked green on my inspection sheet. This is the first time, I've gone behind the technician. I will have to continue to do so until I trust their findings again. More

Hyundai service department is great no problems with them as a Service writer there in all 13 plus years I have also owned 5 of them 3 new from dealer. Now my car pay no parking s coming off due to Hyundai use is defective paint that knew about and continue to use sane as the defective motors that they continue for year .Hyundai has refused to take care of this because I f the mileage that occurred while driving 110 miles a day up to 3 hours a day to be a Hyundai writer Since last July and And not driving a here to work I have put less than 3000 miles. Due to this paint regardless of the mileage if the paint wasn’t defective it would not be coming off. I want them to recognize this is on them and ready gut thing is to fix it.
