When I made my appointment online, I specifically chose to work with Preston. A different service advisor called me about what the mechanic found with my vehicle. (I had dropped off my vehicle the night be to work with Preston. A different service advisor called me about what the mechanic found with my vehicle. (I had dropped off my vehicle the night before.) I told that service advisor that I had selected Preston as my service advisor. Why have the option of choosing a service advisor if it is not honored? This is not the first time it has happened.
