I had my car towed to this dealership on 7/2/25 because the service engine light was on and blinking. Called to let them know. No communication from the service manager Andrew at all. I had to call and fin the service engine light was on and blinking. Called to let them know. No communication from the service manager Andrew at all. I had to call and find out what was going on. No written estimate of costs until the day the car was finished. The estimate was in a text message broken out like this: spark plugs $350, diagnostic $200 etc. nothing written from Volkswagen just a text from Andrew my car was there from 7/2/25 and not completed until 7/11/25. I took in consideration the holiday. Very poor communication and solving the problem. I will not be taking my car back there. I purchased my car from this dealership 17 years ago and had it serviced there in the past 17 years. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and the quote of the repairs never anything in writing More

My basic complaint is that I had an appointment, but when I brought my car in to get it serviced, I was told Southern VW was backed by 4 days and so I had to make another appointment. Horrible communication . They had my car almost 24 hours for an oil change and coolant flush. They left greasy handprints on my hood and inside my windshield.
