Disappointed that the dealership could not offer a rental vehicle, I was on the verge of losing my job because getting to work was hard coming all the way from Willoughby spit in ocean view. A vehicle finally became available the day before my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I was without transportation for a week. The first time I had to leave my vehicle with the service center last year I did not go through this. I was offered a rental that day and the service was amazing. But the second time not so much, I had to listen to multiple people tell me to find another dealership in the future because when they had an issue with their vehicle, the dealership gave them a vehicle off of the lot so they could get back and forth to work. So it was very discouraging to hear that while I'm struggling to get back and forth to work with no rental vehicle for an issue I had no control over pertaining to my vehicle. More
