Andrew is always very accommodating and helpful. When I first checked on getting my oil change, I was given an appointment because of a back-up of the workload. It was for the next day. However when I brought the car in for service, I was able to get a temporary vehicle from Enterprise so that I was not inconvenienced by the length of time it would take to bring my vehicle up to speed. After leaving the dealership for a couple of hours I was that my car was ready much sooner than anticipated and that's always a win!! More

SERVICE CENTER 2015 VW Jetta S. Went in for engine issues, EPC light and engine light solid/flashing. Diagnosed stated a Major Tune-up was needed. Quoted a price 2015 VW Jetta S. Time Frame Not happy about the time. Was told should be done in an hour and a half. Didn’t take my car in until 15 minutes after I finished signing paperwork. Not happy about the time. Since you don’t do loaners I was stuck there. If I can told an accurate time frame I would’ve taken a left and gone someplace. However the service advisor Tim was very nice More
