Poor Customer Service Overcharge and misdiagnose the issue. They are your best friend when you spend money, but they will not call you once your service is complete. Then once you get there to pickup your vehicle you have to literally wait an additional 20-30 mins. I stopped going a year ago and recently started going back. Now I see why I stopped. More

Why we have stayed with southern Volkswagen I recently was involved in an accident and reached out to southern collision to make sure they could work with southern Volkswagen because my oil chan I recently was involved in an accident and reached out to southern collision to make sure they could work with southern Volkswagen because my oil change and warrantee work was also due. Amazing team work before I dropped my car off to collision and during when Andrew worked with Tom to ensure a smooth transition of service and even brought a boot issue to my attention that Andrew helped resolved.
