Engine light is on After numerous visits to another VW dealership, we were tired of the problem coming back. Engine light, glow plug light it would come on and go off at After numerous visits to another VW dealership, we were tired of the problem coming back. Engine light, glow plug light it would come on and go off at random. We decided in a pinch to try Greenbrier VW service department. Andrew took care of us and had the car back to us within 24hrs. Gave a loaner overnight, as my wife needed to make some appointments. We have had the car back 4 or 5daya now and all is well. With the previous VW dealership we had the light engine light came on 2 days afterwards. We drove it several times and a 2 hour long drive from City to country driving conditions. All is good? Outstanding Customer Service - Souther Volkswagen Greenbrier Andrew was my attending agent. Brought in my car for state inspection at at around 0900 and was called back around noon telling me that it is ready fo Andrew was my attending agent.
