Really good people. We purchased a VW Atlas from Southern in August. The internet sales team initially attempted to convince me that the vehicle was a special order and d We purchased a VW Atlas from Southern in August. The internet sales team initially attempted to convince me that the vehicle was a special order and difficult to obtain so they could only sell it to me at full sticker. OMG. Ridiculous. I nearly went elsewhere on that alone. Eventually we settled on a price because I had it in writing from other dealers. The car was great for about a week and then had Air Conditioning problems. Southern had the car for near two months out of the first three. They did provide loaners, and they and VW of America covered a couple of months worth of payments. Eventually VW of America offered us a buyback and replacement vehicle. We just swapped out our 2018 Atlas SEL Premium for the exact same 2019 version of the vehicle. Southern and VW of America made that process easy. I feel we were treated fairly and both Southern VW and VW or America did everything they could to make it right. We love the vehicle once the kinks were resolved. More
