Service is great! I went in because my heat isn’t working correctly and dealt with Andrew. I’ve only been to Southern Volkswagen a couple of times but every time I go i I went in because my heat isn’t working correctly and dealt with Andrew. I’ve only been to Southern Volkswagen a couple of times but every time I go in Andrew is always the one to help. He’s always filling us in on what’s being done, what needs to be done and doesn’t let you leave with any unanswered questions. I appreciate all he’s done for us! This is the second dealership I’ve been to in my entire life. My old dealership back in Ohio (hometown) were rude, always tacking on unnessecary repairs to make more money and I cringed at the thought of bringing my car in for even an oil change. But I can say that Southern Volkswagen has done a great job! More
