Incomplete work I picked up my Jetta,and the tires were balanced,but not rotated. They said the best tires were on the front. I wasn’t informed of this until I read m I picked up my Jetta,and the tires were balanced,but not rotated. They said the best tires were on the front. I wasn’t informed of this until I read my invoice,and neither was service writer. I feel like I was ripped off. The tires passed inspection,they should’ve been rotated regardless of your techs recommendations. I have a tire noise in the front that I was hoping to move to the rear,but I wasn’t given a choice. The service writer did offer to rotate them for me,I had to work,and it should’ve been done in the right in the first place!!!!! I also now feel concerned that the repairs that I had done were unnecessary. You also lost a future tire sale too. I feel as if this has been done to my car before by y’all. I don’t feel as if I can trust Southern VW to service my car any longer even though I bought it new from y’all. I will never recommend Southern VW to anyone!!!!!! More
