I had lights that were out replaced and a little more work that was required done at same time and had the car checked so I could plan future maintenance on my own schedule. The only thing I would like better is if they would return the car washed and vacuumed as I have been accustomed to in VW of Corpus Christi, TX. More

Professional and courteous I was warmly greeted upon entering the service department, the representative told me the name of the service advisor who would be helping me. The ser I was warmly greeted upon entering the service department, the representative told me the name of the service advisor who would be helping me. The service advisor, Timothy Champion, was very pleasant, professional, and informative. After service was completed Timothy came to the waiting room and escorted me to the cashier, gave me a review of the service check, shook my hand and made the cashier aware of my presence. The cashier was equally as professional and pleasant. My experience was nothing short of excellent. More
Not Knowledgeable, unprofessional from day 1 Warmly greeted when we first walked in but that was about the only good experience we had with this dealership. The sales associate was not knowledgeable about any of the cars we were interested in. He had to go back and forth to superiors before addressing any of our questions with any certainty. Once all of our questions were addressed, they couldn't work with the price offered right away. We walked out and were called later to "make a deal". Even in deal making, information was not disclosed concerning a car we were interested in. The car was driven over 300 miles to the dealership without our knowledge, so we pretty much paid for a depreciated car, driven off the lot but paid the new car price. They made an appointment to sign all the paper work and fiance at 11:30 AM and were not completed and gave us our car until 4:45 PM that day. The overall experience was terrible. The VP was contacted and couldn't do much other than say everyone will be contacted and re-trained....great for future customers but doesn't do much for us. Wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I did have a couple issues with my car not being ready at the time of purchase due to a recall which took a week but I was provided a loaner car for the duration it took to fix the recall. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was very nice, respectful, and helpful. The only Issue I encountered was due to the recall and not having my car at the time of purchase but i do understand that was no ones fault and they were extra nice and did compensate me for the inconvenience. Overall if I had to go through the process again I would definitely return to Southern VW. More

Great Service I had a problem with my 2006 VW Passat shuddering under a load a high speed. I took the car to my service advisor, Andrew Smithson, at Southern VW. I had a problem with my 2006 VW Passat shuddering under a load a high speed. I took the car to my service advisor, Andrew Smithson, at Southern VW.
