Unpleasant Experienece Went to the dealership a few months ago to purchase new GTI. Online price was around 22,000. Fully intended to buy vehicle. Salesman whose name I don’ Went to the dealership a few months ago to purchase new GTI. Online price was around 22,000. Fully intended to buy vehicle. Salesman whose name I don’t remember was very rude. First price he told me was over 26,000. I told him about the online price and he had to “speak to his manager”. 20 minutes later they get down to online price. I told them another local dealer had same vehicle for 21.000 with a lower document fee and to match. Again to manager. 30 minutes later, price is matched. They claim to offer military discount up to 1000 dollars and when I asked about it they said they already applied it to match which is nonsense. They eventually lowered the price but they were so rude that I just walked out without a vehicle. Step yo game up dawg. More

Quick to get my money but not quick to fix my car The reason why they got a rating which is a 2 is because I purchased two cars from off the lot the same day. one of them look like it has not even bee The reason why they got a rating which is a 2 is because I purchased two cars from off the lot the same day. one of them look like it has not even been service we left one of the cars which was a Jetta to get service they brought it back to me at home and it was still dirty outside and i noticing the paint job was bad I let them know they stated they will go ahead and get it fixed I brought it up there twice already in one week and they never got around to it but they didn't call me until about 3 p.m. even though I drop the car off at 8 a.m. for instance I was told today to drop off both vehicles one was a 2015 Jetta for it can get a nice paint job and also I was told to drop off the 2015 Beetle for the sunroof can be fixed because it was broken neither one of the jobs were completed today and I dropped both of them off at 8 a.m. this morning when I called her she said that she had to still get the key from the guy who was painting the 2015 Jetta and to wait a while for it I waited she never called me back which was Cynthia and then at 6:15 I called and that's when she said I have the key. The dealership had the car from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. it's like they don't even care that we have other things to do. And the car still isn't painted and they had to keep the 2015 beetle to get it fixed and they'll have it ready tomorrow and they've had that since 8 a.m. so right now I'm kind of upset with Volkswagen might even go see WAVY-TV 10 More

Something was left unhooked and meant that my car had no boost, so I had to turn around and get it taken care of again. Tim was very apologetic, and got someone on it immediately. I brought the car back that tuesday for an issue they noticed while doing the fuel pump (leaking coolant) and I did not receive my car back until Friday, which I understand will happen, and the accommodated me with extending the rental car out. About a month ago I brought the car for the oil change and it went very well, but it seems like it can be hit ormiss. More
