Very poor customer service The mechanics are always really good at fixing my car, but the customer service was terrible. The man ( Joshua Ware) who was supposed to be informing The mechanics are always really good at fixing my car, but the customer service was terrible. The man ( Joshua Ware) who was supposed to be informing me on what was happening to my car lied to me several times during my state inspection. He went from telling me only one thing was required to two things were required (I still don't quite know if it was required because he wouldn't give me a straight answer) to suddenly all three things that he had talked about in the first call were required and that he had already done the third thing without even calling to verify it with me first. Overall, it was a very stressful situation and I left paying way more than I thought I would've had to pay. It was a very poor experience and I hope they correct themselves in the future. More

Unacceptable time for oil change I had a scheduled appointment and waited for the vehicle at the dealership. The services that I needed was an oil change and a tire rotation. First Visit Impression After having my Atlas for only about a week I had to go to service to have a Tire Repair from a Screw being imbedded in the tire. The Express Service After having my Atlas for only about a week I had to go to service to have a Tire Repair from a Screw being imbedded in the tire. The Express Service Team was EXCELLENT, after driving in on a full bay of cars being serviced for the after lunch time frame. I was told the wait might be extensive up to 3hours. But the repair was completed in just over an Hour-fifteen and it included an Oil Change.....again EXCELLENT. More
