On November 8, 2013, I took my 2007 Volkswagen Beetle to Southern Volkswagen- Greenbrier for a routine oil change. By the end of that business day, I walked out with a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta. My daughter and I were walking around looking at cars, when Mr. Michael Terrance approached us. I told him I would love to purchase a new car, but I have horrible credit and I was unable to purchase a new car. I tried to make every excuse under the sun on why I could not purchase a new car. Mr. Terrance told me my credit would not be a problem and he would get me into a brand new car. I admit I did not believe him; every obstacle I threw at Mr. Terrance, he overcame them. I was in the market for a used Mini Cooper for my husband. Unfortunately, he just didn't know it yet. The Mini was incredible! It had super low mileage and was in amazing/almost new condition. Tien Lien was our salesman. Tien is an outstanding salesman. Not only is he incredibly knowledgable about the products he is selling, but his overall attitude is outstanding. He is kind and understanding and not pushy. I bought a new Jetta a few months ago from Brian and Farley. They were both great,I traded in a old Chevy for better gas mileage.
