I purchased a vehicle last weekend at this dealership, and it's was my first time ever buying a Volkswagen. I had been curious because my best friend has owned two and always praises them. I decided to take a look and see what Southern Volkswagen had to offer. Ironically, I was actually planning on purchasing the new Malibu that same day at another dealership. Nonetheless, I ended up walking the Southern Volkswagen lot to see what was out there and Brian Wagner introduced himself and showed me around. When I got to the 2014 Jetta GTI I knew that was the car for me. The only problem was, I didn't want to go over a certain amount for a monthly payment. I left the lot, not even 45 minutes later I receive a call saying they would put me in the car right at the price I was originally hoping for. Brian did an outstanding job of working his magic and helping me get my new car! I am still very satisfied with how the entire process took place and my new ride. The car sales man was great and receives a 5 across the board, I wasn't happy with how flexible they were with the prices in the finance department though. They did get me a lower intrest rate but it came board, I wasn't happy with how flexible they were with the prices in the finance department though.
