My experience as a first time VW owner has not been impressive. No follow-up by service personnel. Also no call backs about parts ordered. Staff are courtesy when before you. I was blown away by the "southern hospitality" of this dealership, to say the least. I have never felt this at ease and well taken care of by a dealership in all my years of buying cars. Was able to get the appointment scheduled in an efficient manner, but you have no frills for what I feel is over priced service. Diagnostic fees and cleaning should be applied. Only dealer of all my vehicl manner, but you have no frills for what I feel is over priced service. Diagnostic fees and cleaning should be applied. Only dealer of all my vehicles it doesn’t. Unplug the battery and don’t reset clocks etc. brought in with a need took multiple visits find problem with high fee to fix which should have been found within initial warranty. Service dept says problem was never reported. Not sure how it wasn’t. little things matter. More
