Bad experience I waited for 3 hours for a simple oil change and multi-point inspection. Went above and beyond for my service I had had my EPC and check engine lights come on while driving to work. I was able to get home and had my car towed the same day even though it was th I had had my EPC and check engine lights come on while driving to work. I was able to get home and had my car towed the same day even though it was the day after the hurricane. I got a loaner car and they fixed my car and also replaced all the plugs, wires, and packs. My sales person was not in the next day so I was able to keep the car until after my scheduled dent removal was complete which was the same week. I have not had any problems with the car since and I did not have to pay anything for the repairs. I only paid for gas on the loaner. More

They send updates, they remind me of appointments, they remind me of required timely services and have always been very professional and courteous in answering any questions and especially when checking my vehicle into the service department with me. Andrew has been my service agent for over a year and I commend him and his co-workers on working together to accomplish an excellent customer service. More

Disappointed I took my vehicle in for oil change . Lady comes to me saying she needed to speak to me . Of course I have an oil leak I have complained several times I took my vehicle in for oil change . Lady comes to me saying she needed to speak to me . Of course I have an oil leak I have complained several times as it is noted in my chart and even had the oil Consumption test completed in the past. But you all never find anything. This dealership is such a joke I will never purchase anything from this place again my van has been a lemon from day one look at the history in my file. When I questioned my advisor she stated that my van was older but that is not the case. I have maintained and kept up on the maintenance. I asked for manager but he was on vacation. More

Miscommunication across all aspects of the car buying service. Car was listed for sale and certified when it was not certified yet, processed, or clean. Certification checklist did not check all applicable components and seemed to have been performed without looking at the vehicle. Car was sold, brought back and still had mechanical and appearance issues. Managers ignore phone calls and other messages. Things in writing and verbal agreements not followed through on. Loaner vehicle straight off the used car lot had: check engine light, no air conditioning, mold growing on the seat belt and repeatedly stalled. Employees that were not managers we the only friendly personnel that had willingness to help. With the current management and mentorship that these employees have, that will surely not be the case for long. More
