Forget timelines, plan on spending hours there, taking multiple trips, and nothing getting done. Poor communication within the company and with the customers. Employees are always on there phone in front of the customer and not for business, but yet never have time to return your calls. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I am sure they have a couple decent employees somewhere within the business but I didn’t get a chance to meet them within my 20 hours spent at the dealership. More

Not a pleasant experience I went to get my vehicle serviced for a mis firing code 304. I have called the warranty company that Volkswagen made me by for $4000. They told me tha I went to get my vehicle serviced for a mis firing code 304. I have called the warranty company that Volkswagen made me by for $4000. They told me that my vehicle would be covered and could get a rental. I go to the dealership and they tell I need to pay out of pocket for the rental and then they could not find me a rental. So they Diagnose it and that told me the repair would be 1,000. And the called the warranty company and now they wont cover it. They told me the dealer sold you the wrong warranty. Me now stuck I cant pay for that. So dealer said then you have to pay us for the Diagnost fee $135. I had a $100 because my warranty deductible was as such. So I went to a honest dealership and the mechanic lent me the $35 to but the coil and fix my issues for just $35 and the car now runs like new. More
