Bigger is not better! I was not happy with how the appointment went. Dropped off car Monday at 4pm and the car was not done until Thursday. Then, I don’t receive a video message of what needs attention on the car until Wed at 09:19am. Guess nothing was done on Tuesday. The Service Advisor was apologetic, but he shouldn’t have to apologize for the mechanics, but such as life. Not a good experience. Don’t get bigger, get better More
