I purchased a new 2025 VW Atlas and the day after I bought it, it immediately has a fault with the remote start (doesn’t work at all). I also have to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment to see IF they c bought it, it immediately has a fault with the remote start (doesn’t work at all). Insane! !! in this crazy world you do not know who to trust. My son is a first responder. He works 24 to 72 hour shifts at a time, his wife is a nurse and they have a two year-old son. They decided to purchase their first new car they needed something larger, they mentioned the VW Atlas cross sport, we went to the dealership and of course they were treated very nicely. However, about three months ago, my daughter-in-law who has severe asthma was driving the car with her 2 year old, and noticed smoke coming through the vents, she called my son and he said try to make it home. The next time he drove the car smoke came out of the vents, the third time she was driving and not only did smoke come out of the vents there was a very strong chemical smell, which is obviously unhealthy for anyone with a medical condition or a child. They took the car in for service at which time they were told that bolts had fallen off of the engine block, allowing oil to leak and that the rear differential of the car had such a high metal content it would need to be replaced. This is on average a $6000.00 repair. It is under warranty, they were not offered a loaner car for the time that it was there which was many days. They were told the car is safe to drive and when the parts come in, they will give them a call to arrange the repair. This car is a 2023 with 34,000 miles on it and in my opinion as an older wise woman who has bought many cars in her life this is absolutely unacceptable and very concerning. I understand that the car industry is all about making money, but when a new young married couple who both serve our community, are treated this way, it is insulting. Firefighters do not make comparable money for the time they are away from their families or the dangerous situations they are in, also as a new nurse and mother a reliable vehicle is a must! I can only speak of our experience, but I would stay clear of this dealership.!! And once again, I truly cannot believe that they allowed a young family to drive out of their service department in this vehicle!!! More

Andrew in service is awesome. I brought my car in for routine service but I had some lights illuminated. He worked with me to get it diagnosed and fixed all in the same day.
