Tim is always so much help. He always lets me know everything that needs to be serviced on my vehicle and tells me why but he never pressure me in to getting any work done. I placed an order for a new tire and needed it installed on a wheel. I brought my wheel to the service desk where Joe helped me to the parts counter. They next day I called for an update and was told that they don’t have record of me coming in and they can’t find my wheel. After waiting for another day I called and was told my tire was ready. Didn’t order part when I told them too. Was late fixing the car. Had a tech not show up and had no clue about it. Did not solve my issue.
